How It All Began
Their explorations suggest something profound: Water responds to words, intention, and emotion. And considering that our bodies are made up of more than 60% water, this raises a powerful question:
If water responds to frequency… what responds within us?
Over years of intuitive/process art practice, I’ve followed the quiet knowing that everything is energy. Color, sounds and words hold frequency. Our environment holds frequency. Art (when created intentionally) becomes a meeting place for all of it. Frequency paintings are born from that understanding.
What Is a Frequency Painting?
A frequency painting is an original, intuitive piece of art that I co-create with YOU via an initial 30 minute Zoom call where we chat to discover what you are needing or wanting to call into your life. If you don't know I will call on my intuition and our collective teams of guides to assist us. I will probably start on the painting as we are chatting and then continue off line. This can take several days.
This is not mass-produced art but rather a piece created through:
Intention setting
Energetic attunement
Words and symbols infused before paint ever touches the surface
Water and color layered intuitively
A receptive, grounded creative process
Before color is added, the surface is “charged” with specific words, symbols, and energetic intentions aligned with the theme or the individual it is being created for.
Then water and paint are applied — allowing flow, movement, and surrender to guide the piece. Just as water forms patterns in response to external stimuli, the painting becomes a visual imprint of the energy it was created within.
The Energetic Tools I Use
These paintings are created in a studio environment intentionally aligned with high-level frequencies:
Color as Vibration
Each color carries emotional and energetic resonance Color is chosen intuitively to align with the frequency being anchored.
Words & Symbols
Specific affirmations, intentions, and sacred markings are embedded into the piece before painting begins. These are not always visible however their presence can be felt.
Sound & Environment
The studio space is curated with music embedded with Solfeggio frequencies as well as scent that support our work together and what you are wanting to bring in.
Water as Messenger
The water I create with is charged with the word LOVE. Water-based mediums allow fluid movement and surrender. The water carries both pigment and intention

Research into water, energy, and frequency is still evolving. While the work of Emoto and Austin is compelling, frequency paintings are not a medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose or cure anything.
