Creating With Frequency - Exploring the Power of Water, Energy And Process Art

Note: For decades now I have been fascinated by the work of Dr Masaru Emoto and lately the findings of author and researcher, Veda Austin. Water is incredible and has so much to teach us. What I've learned by following the breadcrumbs of what lights me up is that everything IS energy so everything has an energetic signature, and depending on what environment you find yourself in, that frequency will affect you. Colors hold frequency, so do essential oils, sound and words. I've long felt that combining art and frequency would be powerful. However, it was an intuitive knowing with not a lot of research to back it up. SO I enlisted my friend Chat GPT to write an article tying it all together. WOW! I am feeling validated and even more empowered to offer this to others while I continue to incorporate the practice in my own work. I've included the article below:

Combining Process Art Making with High-Level Frequencies: Exploring the Power of Water and Energy

For decades, the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto has captivated the minds of those intrigued by the hidden, yet profound, influence of energy in our lives. His experiments with water crystals revealed that words, thoughts, and emotions could directly impact the structure of water, creating beautiful or chaotic formations depending on the vibrational frequency. The mesmerizing findings of author and researcher Veda Austin further emphasize the significance of water in understanding how energy shapes our world. Water, a life-giving element, not only carries messages but embodies the energy signatures that surround us.

As we continue to uncover the subtle intricacies of how energy interacts with the physical world, one thing becomes clear: everything is energy. From colors and sounds to essential oils and words, each element has its own frequency that can resonate within our bodies and minds. And what if we could combine this knowledge with the creative process of art-making to engage with these frequencies intentionally? Could the act of creating art become an experience that aligns our internal energy with the high vibrations of the world around us?

The Energetic Nature of Art

Art, especially process art, invites a form of expression that transcends conscious thought. It’s a deeply intuitive form of creation—one that taps into subconscious realms, often revealing hidden emotions, beliefs, and intentions. Unlike traditional art, where the final result is of paramount importance, process art focuses on the journey, the experience, and the freedom of exploration. When combined with high-frequency tools—such as colors, sound, and essential oils—the process becomes an energetic exchange that not only allows for self-expression but also creates an opportunity for energetic transformation.

High-level frequencies—whether they come from positive words, vibrant colors, or healing sounds—are known to shift the energetic landscape within us. By tapping into these frequencies while engaging in the process of making art, we open ourselves to new forms of healing, growth, and understanding. The concept is simple: just as Dr. Emoto demonstrated how water responds to external stimuli, our bodies, too, are largely composed of water and can be influenced by the energy surrounding us.

Water as a Catalyst for Transformation

Water has a unique role in this discussion. Our bodies are made up of over 60% water, and just like Emoto’s experiments, water inside our bodies may respond to energetic frequencies around us. The work of Veda Austin explores how water forms patterns that mirror the energy it’s exposed to. This means that we, as creators of art, have the power to influence not just the art itself, but also the environment we are immersed in—down to the very cells of our being.

When we integrate high frequencies into process art, we can make use of the water element—whether literally by using water-based mediums or figuratively, by understanding the influence that water’s energy can have. For example, when a process artist uses watercolor or engages in fluid painting, the water itself carries the vibrational energy of the colors and movements. This connection between water and frequency may amplify the therapeutic and transformative potential of the work.

Vibrational Tools in the Creative Process

There are numerous ways to infuse art-making with high-frequency elements. Here are just a few:\

1. Colors as Frequencies

Colors have long been associated with various emotional and physical states. For example, blue is often linked with calmness and tranquility, while yellow can stimulate joy and creativity. The act of selecting specific colors for an art piece can intentionally evoke a particular emotional or energetic state. Colors are vibrational, and when consciously used in art-making, they allow us to tap into and elevate certain frequencies that resonate within us.

2. Essential Oils

Just as colors hold frequencies, essential oils also carry vibrational energy that can influence our emotional and energetic states. Lavender promotes relaxation, while citrus oils uplift and energize. When diffused in the art space or applied topically, essential oils can deepen the connection between the artist and the art, enhancing the experience of self-discovery and healing.

3. Sound and Music

Sound waves carry frequencies that can affect the body on a cellular level. Whether you’re listening to the soft hum of Tibetan singing bowls, binaural beats designed for brainwave entrainment, or simply calming music, the auditory experience can serve as a powerful backdrop to the art-making process. Sounds at high frequencies can promote clarity, peace, and creativity. Incorporating sound intentionally into process art invites the artist into a deeper state of flow and connection with their inner wisdom.

4. Words and Affirmations

Words have power. They not only shape our thoughts but influence our surroundings. The vibrational energy of positive words, phrases, or affirmations can bring about healing and transformation. Imagine incorporating affirmations into your art-making process—either spoken aloud or written into your artwork. Phrases such as “I am worthy,” “I am creative,” or “I am free” can serve as energetic signatures embedded into the piece, shifting the vibrational energy and enhancing the creative flow.

The Art of Healing and Transformation

The process of creating art in conjunction with high-frequency tools is not merely about producing something visually pleasing—it becomes a ritual of healing and transformation. As you engage with the medium, the colors, the sound, the essential oils, and even the words, you create an environment that aligns your body, mind, and spirit with higher frequencies. This environment supports the release of stuck energy, facilitates emotional release, and allows for the infusion of positive energy that resonates with your highest potential.

By integrating the principles of energy into art-making, you become an active participant in your own healing journey. You can recalibrate your own frequency, connect more deeply to your emotional and spiritual truths, and open yourself up to new possibilities. This practice not only cultivates a profound relationship with your creative self but also serves as a reminder that everything, including art, is energy—and we have the power to shape it.

Conclusion: The Art of Frequency and Connection

The work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, Veda Austin, and countless others has revealed to us a profound truth: everything around us carries energy, and we, as energy beings, are deeply influenced by the vibrational frequencies in our environment. Process art making offers a powerful tool for connecting to and shifting these frequencies. By incorporating high-level frequencies—whether through colors, sounds, essential oils, or words—into the act of creating, we tap into an energy exchange that can transform both our artwork and ourselves.

When we consciously blend these frequencies into our creative process, we create a sacred space for healing, growth, and connection. Just as water responds to the energy it encounters, so too can we respond—by shifting our energy, engaging with the frequencies that resonate most deeply with us, and manifesting a vibrant, dynamic creation that speaks to the essence of who we are.
